Updates Chapter 30 (radiation protection) and Chapter 32 (radiologic technology) to replace references to "agency" and "board" with "department" and gives the director authority over licensing, certification, and enforcement decisions.

Repeals sections 41-3018.04 and 41-3018.23 related to the radiation regulatory hearing board and related administrative functions.
