Requires charitable organizations, contracted fund-raisers, and independent solicitors to disclose on all solicitations (print, direct mail, radio, television, and social media) the total amount of monies collected in Arizona during the previous calendar year.

Mandates disclosure of the percentage of collected monies that was spent exclusively within Arizona and a brief description of the purpose for which those monies were spent.

Requires all disclosures to be written in clear and concise language understandable to a person with at least a high school education.

Classifies violations of the disclosure requirements as a class 1 misdemeanor.
