Repeals Laws 2017, chapter 309, section 16, which required county medical care contributions.

State has no obligation to refund monies previously paid by counties under the repealed law.

Legislature acknowledges counties have contributed over $31,000,000 to the disproportionate uncompensated care pool that was never used for its intended purpose.

Declares that county payments to the disproportionate uncompensated care pool should be discontinued beginning in fiscal year 2018-2019.
