Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-1104 to tie legislative subsistence allowances to federal per diem rates determined annually by the U.S. General Services Administration instead of fixed dollar amounts.

Members with permanent residence in Maricopa County receive 25% of the federal per diem rate for each day during regular or special sessions and when acting on legislative matters with prior approval.

Members with permanent residence outside Maricopa County receive 75% of the federal per diem rate for each day during regular or special sessions and when acting on legislative matters with prior approval.

Members acting on legislative matters in counties other than their residence receive 75% of the federal per diem rate for each day with prior approval of their house presiding officer.

After the first 120 days of a regular session, all members receive one-third of their applicable subsistence rate instead of the full rate for each additional day.
