Requires health care insurers to pay claims directly to health care providers when an insured person assigns their right to receive benefits to the provider.

Assignment of benefits does not affect or limit other benefits otherwise payable by the health care insurer.

Defines "health care insurer" with reference to section 20-3101 of Arizona Revised Statutes.

Defines "health care provider" as persons certified or licensed under specified Arizona statutes (Title 32 chapters 7-42 and Title 36 chapters 2, 4, 6, and 17) and certified or licensed facilities under Title 36 chapters 2 and 4.
