Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 32-2119 to correct terminology by replacing "department of real estate" with "state real estate department" throughout the section.

Requires the state real estate department to post information on its website advising prospective home buyers to investigate water availability before purchasing real property.

Mandates the state real estate department include a link to the department of water resources website for definitions of water supply terms that apply outside active management areas, including "adequate water supply," "inadequate water supply," "property served by a water provider with adequate water supply," and "no water supply determination."

Requires the state real estate department to display a current map on its website showing all areas in Arizona that are outside active management areas established under title 45, chapter 2, article 2.
