Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-603 to authorize courts to impose community restitution or education/treatment programs as sentence components for misdemeanor convictions.

Adds new section 13-717 allowing courts to determine and impose a specific number of community restitution hours for misdemeanor sentences.

Permits courts to impose education or treatment sentences for misdemeanor convictions with duration not exceeding the probation term determined under section 13-902, subsection A.

Clarifies that community restitution and education/treatment sentences do not preclude courts from imposing any other sentence authorized by law.
