Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-918 regarding employment and wage monitoring for individuals under intensive probation supervision.

Removes requirement that wages be "paid directly to an account established" by the chief adult probation officer, replacing it with language requiring wages to be "monitored."

Eliminates the chief probation officer's authority to make payments for restitution, probation fees, fines and other charges directly from the wage account.

Simplifies provisions by removing detailed language about account balance management and distribution of remaining monies upon successful probation completion.
