Requires auricular acupuncture certificate applicants to submit a full set of fingerprints to the board beginning January 1, 2019, for state and federal criminal records checks pursuant to section 41-1750 and Public Law 92-544.

Requires applicants for initial certification or recertification to disclose all other active and past professional health care licenses and certificates issued in Arizona or by another state, district, or territory of the United States.

Corrects the abbreviation for licensed acupuncturist from "L.AC." to "L.Ac." in statute.

Maintains existing requirements for auricular acupuncture certificates, including completion of board-approved training programs and clean needle technique courses.

Authorizes the Department of Public Safety to exchange fingerprint data with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
