Expands peace officer eligibility to include federal law enforcement officers or agents who reside in Arizona and have arrest powers under federal law across sections 11-483, 11-484, 12-290, 16-153, and 28-454.

Allows peace officers to request that superior court records containing their personal identifying information (residential address, telephone number, contact information) be restricted from public access if they believe their life or safety is in danger.

Prohibits the Arizona Department of Transportation from releasing photographs of peace officers who have requested address and telephone number redaction from department records, with exceptions for law enforcement complaint identification and photos from non-department sources.

Extends confidentiality protections to federal law enforcement officers requesting redaction of residential address and telephone numbers from voter registration records, county recorder records, county assessor/treasurer records, and motor vehicle department records.

Establishes a five-year restriction period for sealed or redacted records, with automatic removal by January 5 following expiration and prior written notice to affected individuals or their employing agencies.
