Changes grammatical reference from "which" to "that" when describing an act or omission made punishable in different ways by different sections of law.

Changes verb conjugation from "require" to "requires" in the language addressing constitutional bars to prosecution.

Maintains existing law allowing punishment under multiple sections for the same act or omission, but only with concurrent sentences.

Maintains existing prohibition on prosecution under different statutes after acquittal or conviction for the same act or omission, to the extent required by U.S. or Arizona Constitution.
