Requires each school district school and charter school to post a sign at least 11 inches by 17 inches in a clearly visible, public area at students' eye level.

Sign must display the centralized child abuse and neglect hotline telephone number (established under section 8-455) in boldfaced type.

Sign must include instructions to call 911 for emergencies.

Sign must provide directions for accessing the Department of Child Safety website for information on reporting child abuse, neglect, and child exploitation.

All information on the sign must be displayed in English and Spanish in large print.
