Prohibits charter school governing body members from being related as immediate family with the same household residence as the charter holder of that school.

Prohibits charter school governing body members from being employees of that charter school, including third-party contractor employees providing direct services to the school.

Prohibits the spouse of a charter school employee from serving on that school's governing body.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-183 to establish conflict-of-interest restrictions for charter school board membership to ensure independent oversight.
