Establishes the peace officer training equipment fund administered by the state treasurer, with monies available only for peace officer equipment and exempt from annual appropriation lapses.

Appropriates the first $2.3 million collected in fiscal year 2018-2019 for purchasing Virta V300 software components and systems for the Arizona Department of Public Safety, City of Chandler Police Department, Pinal County, and Maricopa County Sheriff's Office.
