Amends Section 28-622.01 to clarify that unlawful flight from a law enforcement vehicle is a class 5 felony if the vehicle is either marked as official law enforcement or unmarked but the driver knew or admits it was a law enforcement vehicle.

Requires that for unmarked law enforcement vehicles, the driver must either admit knowing it was law enforcement or evidence must show the driver knew it was law enforcement for the felony charge to apply.

Adds provision to Section 28-4834 authorizing law enforcement officers to remove vehicles when a driver engages in unlawful flight from pursuing law enforcement, including when the driver abandons the vehicle and continues fleeing on foot or in another vehicle.

Clarifies that vehicle removal authority applies regardless of whether the flight occurs in a marked or unmarked law enforcement vehicle under the new definition in Section 28-622.01.
