Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-821 to allow Arizona Historical Society chapters to establish and manage chapter building enhancement funds.

Creates a new section 41-827 establishing a historical society chapter building enhancement fund for each chapter, consisting of donated monies and contributions for building acquisition and enhancement.

State may provide dollar-for-dollar matching funds for chapter contributions, not to exceed $500,000 per individual fund or $1 million total across all funds, subject to legislative appropriation.

Chapter funds may be used to acquire, enhance, and maintain buildings and facilities, including arrangements with designated historical organizations within each county.

Chapters must submit annual reports by December 1 accounting for all monies received, sources, and expenditures; fund monies are exempt from lapsing appropriations provisions.
