• Establishes 90-day application filing requirement and automatic provisional approval procedures for online prelicensure courses submitted to the department.

• Requires online courses to provide student participation, feedback, and remedial instruction, with approval valid for at least four years if content remains current.

• Makes technical corrections to A.R.S. §32-2101 (definitions), §32-2124 (qualifications), §32-2132 (fees), §32-2135 (schools/courses), and §32-2163 (unlawful acts); effective December 31, 2018.
