Adds definitions to Arizona dental law for teeth-whitening equipment, materials, and services, including trays, applicator pens, LED lights, and related instruction or assistance.

Permits unlicensed persons to provide teeth-whitening services without state board registration if they post a conspicuous sign stating the services are unregulated, discard single-use items after each customer, and serve only customers aged 18 or older.

Requires that LED whitening lights intended for placement in a customer's mouth be covered with a disposable plastic barrier sleeve.

Excludes lasers and high-temperature lamps such as halogen lamps from the definition of teeth-whitening equipment.
