Amends Arizona law to establish salary requirements for employees to qualify as exempt from overtime pay under federal Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938.

Requires exempt administrative, executive, and professional employees to be paid at least the fortieth percentile of weekly earnings of full-time nonhourly workers in the lowest-wage census region, as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor.

Excludes teachers, licensed medical professionals, licensed attorneys, and other professionals from the new salary requirements if they would not have been subject to salary thresholds under 2015 federal Department of Labor regulations.

Directs the commission to set the initial salary amount effective upon the bill's enactment and adjust it every three years beginning January 1, 2021, based on updated federal earnings data.

Authorizes the commission to adopt rules necessary to implement the overtime pay exemption requirements.
