Requires all employers to provide new employee training including workplace counseling, sexual harassment training, information on professional organizations, and job-specific skills training.

Establishes that employers may only terminate employees for: at least four violations of job-related policies, any act of sexual harassment, or any felony offense.

Prohibits employers from requiring employees to reenact injuries that occurred in the workplace and resulted in loss of life or injury.

Expands protected classes under employment discrimination law to include gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation in addition to existing protections.

Requires employers to allow labor organizations to conduct one-hour presentations to new employees (unless employer and union agree to longer time) and prohibits employer policies from superseding valid collective bargaining agreements.
