Repeals section 23-1302 of Arizona Revised Statutes, which protected employees' right to work without mandatory labor organization membership.

Changes the article heading of Title 23, Chapter 8, Article 1 from "RIGHT TO WORK" to "GENERAL PROVISIONS."

Removes the protection against retaliation for exercising free choice with respect to nonmembership in a labor organization from the list of retaliatory discharge protections in section 23-1501.

Renumbers subsequent subsections in section 23-1501 to account for the removal of the labor organization nonmembership protection.

Bill becomes effective only if Arizona voters approve repeal of Article XXV of the Arizona Constitution relating to the right to work at the next general election.
