Extends the deadline for multipurpose facility revenue distributions from county stadium districts from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2035.

Changes the termination condition for revenue payments from "earlier" to "later" of the deadline date or when all authorized debt service payments are completed.

Allows county stadium districts established by two or more municipalities to dispose of real property upon termination, with proceeds from sales directed to the state treasurer for the public safety personnel retirement fund.

Updates references in statutes from "funds" to "monies" and from "which" to "that" for technical language corrections.

Requires district boards to present projects exceeding $500,000 to the joint legislative committee on capital review, and establishes notice and disclosure requirements for board members regarding planned expenditures of $500,000 or more.
