Amends Arizona Revised Statutes § 10-130 to require the Arizona Corporation Commission to establish and maintain a searchable database for business documents filed under specified statutes.

Database applies only to entities with a known place of business located in counties with a population exceeding 800,000 persons.

Commission shall post the database on its website allowing public search access by entity name, approval date, and county of business location, with information retained for at least 90 days.

Prohibits the commission from charging any entity fees for information entered into or accessed from the database.
