Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-776 to modify requirements for funeral and military escort vehicles and their certified drivers.

Requires funeral escort vehicles to display permanent markings on both sides with the words "funeral escort" and "not law enforcement" in at least 5-inch letters (2 inches for motorcycles).

Mandates that funeral escort vehicles be equipped with a lighted lamp attached to the top of the vehicle's cabin displaying red or red and blue light visible from 500 feet, plus an audible signal.

Corrects spelling of "marshall" to "marshal" in provisions governing uniforms and insignia worn by certified funeral escort drivers, which must not resemble law enforcement markings or titles.

Allows funeral escort vehicles to exceed speed limit by 15 miles per hour when overtaking processions to direct traffic at intersections.
