Amends Laws 2010, chapter 117, section 18 to extend the deadline for holding an election on establishing a sports authority district from an unspecified earlier date to before November 30, 2028.

Changes the repeal trigger for Title 5, Chapter 9, Arizona Revised Statutes (sports authority district law) from rejection by voters to failure to hold an election by the November 30, 2028 deadline.

Requires the clerk of the board of supervisors conducting the election to notify the director of legislative council in writing of the election results and whether the repeal condition occurred.
