Amends Arizona law to allow applicants to select "nonbinary" as their gender option on driver licenses, in addition to the existing male and female options.

Permits applicants who identify as gender nonbinary to provide an affidavit to the Department of Motor Vehicles as satisfactory proof of their gender identity.

Changes terminology in driver license law from "sex" to "gender" when describing required information for license applications and identification.

Requires driver licenses to display the licensee's selected gender (female, male, or nonbinary) as part of the brief description on the license.
