Prohibits publicly financed stadiums and multipurpose facilities in Arizona from using or displaying terms or logos that a federally recognized Native American tribe with lands in Arizona identifies as disparaging.

Applies to any stadium or facility acquired, constructed, financed, leased, or maintained with public monies that receives written notification from a tribal council.

Defines "multipurpose facility" to include venues suitable for professional sports, college athletics, bowl games, and entertainment/cultural/civic events, plus on-site infrastructure and commercial uses.

Defines "stadium" as sports facilities designed to accommodate professional or intercollegiate athletic events.
