Prohibits Arizona cities from prohibiting real estate signs advertising property sales, rentals, leases, open houses, directions, owner/agent names, broker names, and contact information in authorized areas.

Prohibits Arizona counties from prohibiting the same types of real estate signs in authorized areas with identical restrictions as cities.

Restricts cities and counties from limiting real estate sign sizes below industry standard (18 inches by 24 inches for signs; 6 inches by 24 inches for sign riders).

Restricts cities and counties from limiting sign display duration to less than the period from when property is offered for sale/rent/lease through 7 calendar days after closing or lease execution.

Allows cities and counties to maintain reasonable time, place, and manner restrictions on open house and directional signs but prohibits restricting sign types or limiting the number of signs displayed within an authorized area.
