Adds opioid use disorder to the list of debilitating medical conditions qualifying patients can use medical marijuana to treat under Arizona's medical marijuana program.

Maintains all existing provisions regarding allowable amounts of marijuana (2.5 ounces of usable marijuana and up to 12 plants for those authorized to cultivate), registry identification cards, designated caregivers, and nonprofit medical marijuana dispensaries.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language including formatting changes to "twenty-four hour" and renumbering of definition sections.

Requires affirmative vote of at least three-fourths of members in each house of the legislature for the amendment to become effective, per Arizona Constitution Article IV, Part 1, Section 1.
