Authorizes the Department of Administration to place a Lees Ferry bell monument in the governmental mall pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-1363.

Monument placement procedures are governed by section 41-1363, subsection B of Arizona Revised Statutes.

No public monies may be used for monument costs; all fundraising and contracts for design and construction are the sole responsibility of proponents, and the state cannot facilitate fundraising or establish a state fund.

This authorization expires September 30, 2021.
