Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-808 to add a formal definition of "online course provider" as a school selected by the state board of education or charter authorizer that provides at least one state-approved online academic course, and includes charter schools but excludes school districts.

Clarifies that "online school" means a school providing at least four online academic courses or equivalent daily online instruction (at least five hours per day for 180 school days) and must be either a charter school or district public school selected by the state board of education.

Replaces the term "electronic mail" with "e-mail" throughout the statute for modernized language.

Maintains existing requirements for online instruction including probationary status for new schools, academic integrity measures, proctored state standardized tests, and daily attendance logs for funding calculations.

Preserves funding formulas providing 95% of base support level for full-time online students and 85% for part-time online students, with restrictions on attendance and course enrollment based on grade level.
