Requires charter schools and school districts seeking to locate a school within two miles of a public use airport runway to obtain a determination of no hazard from the Federal Aviation Administration before commencing construction, effective August 31, 2018.

Does not apply to schools already existing within two miles of a public use airport runway as of January 1, 2015, unless those schools seek to build a new structure.
