Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-393 to allow pupils in grades 9-12 to enroll in agriscience, automotive technologies, construction, engineering, and manufacturing programs at joint technical education districts (JTEDs) with funding support.

Permits a pupil to begin instruction in these five specified programs in any year of high school, and funds one additional year of instruction if the pupil needs extra time to complete the program after graduating from high school.

Requires JTEDs to submit annual reports to the legislature from 2019-2022 documenting enrollment numbers of 9th through 12th grade students in the five specified career and technical education programs.

Makes technical corrections to statute by replacing "prior to" with "before" in multiple references to May 15 budget revision deadlines for JTEDs.

Repeals the reporting requirement on October 31, 2022.
