Each house of the legislature must establish a comprehensive policy addressing workplace harassment, including a standard written complaint form, non-retaliation provisions, and investigation procedures with due process and privacy protections.

Members of the Senate may file harassment complaints with the Secretary of the Senate, and members of the House may file with the Chief Clerk of the House.

A member filing a harassment complaint must provide copies to the accused, the ethics committee chairperson, and the accounting office of the originating chamber within two business days of filing.

Any member who knowingly files a false harassment complaint is subject to discipline or expulsion under Article IV, Part 2, Section 11 of the Arizona Constitution.
