Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 32, Chapter 32 by adding Article 2.1 to regulate post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) therapy.

Defines "eligible patient" as a veteran or other patient diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder, trauma, grief, or traumatic brain injury.

Defines "health care provider" as a licensed health professional trained and licensed to perform PTSD therapy.

Defines "PTSD therapy" as a licensed intervention taught and licensed to health care providers for treating eligible patients.

Requires eligible patients to sign a mutually agreed treatment plan with a health care provider and provide informed consent after the provider makes required disclosures before receiving PTSD therapy.
