Each city or town shall post a monthly crime and emergency services summary on its website within 30 days after the end of each month.

Crime and emergency services summary must include all crime statistics pursuant to federal uniform crime reporting standards.

Summary must include police department data for each precinct: average call-to-dispatch response times, dispatch-to-arrival response times, total response times, staffing numbers (patrol officers, investigators, other officers), arrest data (felony, misdemeanor, violent crime), and call volume by priority level.

Summary must include fire department data: total calls for service by year, responses per unit in previous month and year, and average total response times per unit using NFPA 1710 standards.

Summary must include emergency medical services data: total responses by year, and average total response times per unit; plus emergency personnel information including firefighter and EMS staffing totals and firefighters per 1,000 citizens.
