Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 15-721 and 15-722 to require that textbooks and supplemental materials selected for common schools and high schools include fair, accurate, inclusive and respectful representations of persons with disabilities and persons who are lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender.

Modifies language in both sections regarding textbook approval timelines, changing "prior to" and "prior to implementation" to "before" implementing or approving courses.

Updates the definition of "textbook" in both sections to clarify it includes printed instructional materials or digital content, and related printed or nonprinted instructional materials required for classroom use, including materials requiring electronic equipment.

Changes terminology in section 15-722 from "formal selection" to "approval" when describing the textbook review process for high schools.
