Prohibits psychotherapists from providing conversion therapy to any person under 18 years of age, regardless of consent from the minor or their parent/legal guardian.

Defines "conversion therapy" as any practice or treatment seeking to change sexual orientation, gender identity, behaviors, gender expressions, or romantic attractions toward same-sex individuals.

Excludes from the prohibition: assistance with gender transition and neutral support services that provide acceptance, coping strategies, or identity exploration without seeking to change sexual orientation or gender identity.

Applies to licensed physicians specializing in psychiatry, homeopathic physicians, psychologists, and behavioral health professionals regulated under Arizona state licensing boards.

Subjects violating psychotherapists to disciplinary action by their respective health profession regulatory boards.
