Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 19-119 regarding deceptive mailings in elections.

Prohibits individuals or committees from delivering or mailing documents that falsely claim to be authorized, approved, or sent by state, county, city, town, or other government entities.

Imposes a civil penalty on violators equal to twice the cost of the mailing or $500, whichever is greater.

Authorizes the attorney general, county attorney, city or town attorney, or other appropriate legal representatives to assess the civil penalty.
