Appropriates $30,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2018-2019 to the Department of Veterans' Services for distribution to the Navajo Nation for improvements to the Fort Defiance veterans memorial cemetery.

Appropriates $200,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2018-2019 to the Department of Administration for distribution to the Navajo Nation for site preparations for the Teesto multipurpose community center.

Appropriates $500,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2018-2019 to the Department of Veterans' Services for distribution to the Navajo Nation for planning, designing and constructing the Lukachukai veterans' multipurpose complex.

Appropriates $306,690 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2018-2019 to the Arizona Department of Housing for distribution to the Navajo Nation for architectural design and construction of the Ganado veterans' and senior citizens' center building.

Appropriates $110,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2018-2019 to the Department of Administration for distribution to the Navajo Nation for planning, designing and constructing the Cameron cultural museum and tourism center.
