Each prosecutor must post monthly criminal justice statistics on their public website or affiliated association website beginning January 1, 2019, with data remaining publicly accessible in perpetuity.

Prosecutors must report aggregate numbers of misdemeanor and felony cases by defendant, including those indicted, resolved through plea agreements (guilty or no contest pleas), and presented for trial.

Prosecutors must disclose sentencing data for first-time and repetitive felony offenders in specified imprisonment ranges (less than 1 year, 1-3 years, 3-5 years, 5-10 years, and 10+ years).

Reports must include for each charge: offense type, resolution method, trial verdicts, final sentences, appellate modifications, prior felony charges/convictions, and drug amounts involved in drug-related charges.

Each defendant's report must include age, race or ethnicity, and declared gender for all misdemeanor and felony cases.
