AZ HB2606

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 13, Chapter 38 by adding Article 35 regarding law enforcement officer use of force investigations.

Requires that when a law enforcement officer uses deadly physical force in official duties that results in another person's death, an outside investigator, law enforcement officer from a different agency, or county attorney from another county must conduct the investigation.

Mandates that the investigator, law enforcement officer, or county attorney conducting the investigation provide investigation results to the county attorney of the county where the deadly force incident occurred.
