Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-2908 to increase penalties for criminal nuisance violations on commercial property.

Changes the offense from a class 3 misdemeanor to a class 1 misdemeanor when the violation occurs on commercial property and the person is the owner or operator of that property.

Defines "commercial property" to include real estate used for one to four family residences, commercial resorts, and hotels.

Maintains existing criminal nuisance provisions regarding conduct that endangers safety or health of others, and knowingly conducting or maintaining premises where unlawful activities occur.
