Amends Arizona law to limit immunity protections for people who seek medical assistance for drug overdoses or experience overdoses themselves, adding restrictions based on prior immunity grants.

A person who was previously granted immunity once under this section is ineligible for immunity again unless they obtain addiction screening and treatment referral within 30 days of the current overdose.

A person who was previously granted immunity twice is permanently ineligible for immunity protections under this section.

Maintains existing protections allowing good faith medical assistance seekers and overdose victims to avoid prosecution for drug possession or paraphernalia possession related to the overdose.

Preserves law enforcement's ability to seize contraband, make arrests for other offenses, and use seeking medical assistance as a mitigating factor in prosecutions for other crimes.
