Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-2810 to establish an enhanced penalty for interference with judicial proceedings when a minor is seriously injured or killed.

Violation of the law that results in serious physical injury to or death of a minor is elevated to a class 5 felony, rather than remaining a class 1 misdemeanor.

Preserves existing provisions prohibiting disorderly conduct in court, disobeying court orders, refusing to serve as witness or juror, publishing false reports of proceedings, and failing to attend jury duty.

Class 1 misdemeanor penalty remains for all other violations of the interfering with judicial proceedings statute.
