Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 33-276 regarding conservation easements and their applicability.

Changes the effective date language in subsection A from "after its effective date which" to "after August 7, 1985 that" to clarify the temporal scope of the statute.

Applies the statute to any interest created after August 7, 1985 that complies with the article, regardless of whether it is designated as a conservation easement or other property interest (covenant, equitable servitude, restriction, easement, etc.).

Preserves the validity of existing conservation and preservation easements enforceable under other Arizona state laws, preventing invalidation of interests that meet alternative legal standards.
