Identifies Mexico and Canada as Arizona's top two trading partners, with over $8 billion and $2 billion in exports respectively.

Notes that agriculture and related industries contributed $2.8 billion to the Yuma economy and could be jeopardized if the United States withdraws from NAFTA.

States that over 100,000 U.S. jobs were supported by Arizona exports in 2015, and warns that NAFTA failure could cause business relocations out of Arizona.

Directs the Arizona Secretary of State to transmit a copy of this memorial to the President of the United States.
