Urges the United States Congress to remove the deadline for ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA).

Notes that the ERA was passed by Congress in 1972 with an original seven-year deadline, later extended to June 30, 1982, during which 35 of the required 38 states ratified the amendment.

Identifies 15 states that have not ratified the ERA: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Utah, and Virginia.

Points out that the U.S. Constitution contains no inherent time limit on ratification and cites the 27th Amendment as precedent, which was ratified in 1992 nearly 203 years after submission.

Requests the Arizona Secretary of State transmit copies of the memorial to the President of the U.S. Senate, Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, and Arizona's congressional delegation.
