Arizona Legislature applies to Congress under Article V of the U.S. Constitution to call a convention limited to proposing a constitutional amendment setting term limits for U.S. House Representatives and U.S. Senators.

This application is a continuing application that will remain in effect until at least two-thirds of state legislatures make similar applications on the same subject.

Arizona's application will be aggregated only with other applications from states seeking to limit congressional terms, and will not be combined with applications on different subjects.

Secretary of State shall transmit copies of this resolution to the U.S. President, Congress leadership, Arizona's congressional delegation, and presiding officers of all state legislatures.
