Proposes constitutional amendment removing minimum age requirement of 25 years for state executive offices (Governor, Secretary of State, Treasurer, Attorney General, Superintendent of Public Instruction, and Corporation Commission).

Proposes constitutional amendment removing minimum age requirement of 30 years for judges of superior court, intermediate appellate courts, and inferior courts with civil jurisdiction of $1,000 or more.

Requires submission of the proposed amendment to Arizona voters at the next general election.
